Taco Salad
Fresh Garden Salad served in a crispy shell with ground beef or shredded chicken topped with guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, black olives, onions and cheese with your choice of dressing.

Crispy Tacos
Three crispy tacos served with your choice of ground beef or chicken ranchero stuffed with cheese lettuce and tomatoes. Served with rice, refried beans, and pico de gallo.

Enchiladas
Your choice of two beef enchiladas covered with homemade beef gravy and real cheddar cheese or two chicken enchiladas covered with Ranchero Sauce and Monterrey Jack cheese. Served with rice, refried beans and pico de gallo.

Chile Rellenos
Poblano pepper stuffed with mushrooms, cheese and your choice of ground beef, fajita meat, and shrimp. Topped with Ranchero Sauce and cheese. Served with rice, refried beans, and pico de gallo.

Fajita Quesadillas
Delicious homemade flour tortilla filled with Monterrey Jack cheese and your choice of beef or chicken fajitas. Served with rice and refried beans.

Fried Stuffed Avocado
1/2 an avocado lightly breaded and fried stuffed with your choice of beef or chicken fajitas and Monterrey Jack cheese. Accompanied by a fajita taco. Top the avocado with chile con queso or Ranchero Sauce for just $1.00 more. Served with rice, pico de gallo and a cup of tortilla soup.

Carne Guisada
Sauteed with only high quality, award winning fajita beef and our homemade guisado. Served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, and fresh flour tortillas.

Mexican Plate
1 Chalupa, 1 Enchilada, and 1 Crispy beef taco served with rice, refried beans and pico de gallo.

Beef, Chicken, or Mixed Fajitas
Our tender, marinated, award winning fajita meat served on a bed of grilled onions topped with a bell pepper and tomato slice. Served with rice, charro beans, pico de gallo, and fresh flour tortillas.

Flautas
Three rolled corn tortillas deep fried, stuffed with your choice of ground beef or shredded chicken, topped with sour cream and guacamole. Served with rice, guacamole, and pico de gallo.
